Gallery Anthony Curtis focuses on museum-quality contemporary aboriginal art with a wide range of media and styles from Arnhem Land, Central and West Desert. Our mission is to promote aboriginal art as a vital part of contemporary art movement in national and international art forums, and to engage private collectors and museums in a dialog to understand and appreciate this very important art form.

Co-founded by Anthony Shu and Curtis Rudbart, two globetrotters and art collectors, GAC represents emerging and mid-career artists from national and international art scenes. GAC emphasizes on showing artists whose work makes strong aesthetic, cultural and social impact.

Through Project W (w stands for wanderlust), GAC continues its commitment to non-western art, with a focus on contemporary Aboriginal art from Australia and historical religious and architectural art from Southeast Asia. Our mission is to raise the awareness of these art forms that are less presented in America and to contrast different art traditions while revealing the connected messages underlying these endeavors.
