Having lived several years as a young girl in the south Pacific islands of Vanuatu, I discovered a society with a culture, customs & traditions functioning at one with the land. This experience changed my perception of life forever.

When I returned to my native Australia, I realized that I knew little of Australia's Indigenous people & endeavoured to discover more about their culture, also linked physically & spiritually to the land.

Above all, I was to discover the incredible beauty & significance of Aboriginal art.

In revealing their art to the outside world, the Aboriginal people of Australia have triggered an understanding & recognition of their culture that was previously non existent.

Museums around the world now house these masterpieces and they have helped pave the way to reconciliation with non indigenous Australians.

No other society has ever been so dependant on art, not only in regards to the preservation & reclaiming of its land, but also enabling the conservation of knowledge & essentially, the survival of it's culture.

Having lived between Australia & France for nearly twenty years now, I started collecting Aboriginal art about fifteen years ago, a passion that has enabled me to maintain my cultural & physical links with my country of origin and deepen my understanding of Aboriginal Australia.

As student of Fine Australian Art at Christie's I studied under the tutelage of Robin Wallace-Crabbe, amongst others of Australia's foremost artists, experts & critics.

I have also worked in the Melbourne gallery circuit, exclusively with dealers specializing in Aboriginal art and reputed for their close association with the artists.
