At Fabric of Life we are proud to offer original handmade textiles that are finely crafted, distinctive and beautiful. Out textiles are diverse in culture and style. Most of the works are new but we also stock some older textiles for the collector. We represent the textile and fibre works of Ernabella Arts Inc including handcrafted batik hangings, scarves, Mukata (beanies) and Tjanpi (Fibre baskets and sculpture). We also stock hand printed fabrics from Babbarra Arts Arnhem Land. Fabric Of Life follows Fair Trade practices buying mainly from individual makers or development projects that help to promote community self sufficiency and is recognized by the Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand.
