Desert Rain – Indigenous Fine Art emerged as a gallery space in 2005 after exhibiting works from Indigenous arts at the Noosa Regional Gallery, Noosa; in Brisbane; the Gold Coast, Queensland and interstate. The vision of Desert Rain is to showcase select works in both traditional and contemporary styles of Indigenous art and craft; and to provide an expose’ of works to extend and encourage the viewer to learn more of this extraordinary rich and diverse culture.

The owner/curator has come from a background of studying Anthropology, extensive travel, and working in areas of Community Development for 12 years in Central Australia.
