The community of Warakurna in the Ngaanyatjarra lands near the Northern Territory border, approximately 330 kilometres west of Uluru, has a long arts history.
In March 2005 the Warakurna Artists Aboriginal Corporation was opened. The art centre services and represents artists from the nearby communities of Tjukurla and Wanarn.
